Registration and Fees
conference registration
All attendees must register and pay the conference registration fee before September 30, 2024 to ensure your papers included in Proceedings. All full delegate rates include registration to all sessions of the conference, all refreshment and meal breaks, a full copy of the published proceedings and the conference dinner.
(A) Registration on or before September 30, 2024, and pay not later than October 15, 2024: EARLY BIRD RATE

GALA DINNER registration
Gala dinner is optional and chargeable which you have to choose during the registration. The price is USD 50 per person or USD 30 for group registration of 5 delegates or more. During gala dinner, we will present Sarawak culture show and dance and live music.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
Payments in bank draft and local cheque should be made payable to ASEAN QUANTITY SURVEYORS ASSOCIATION and sent directly to the Secretariat.

CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY:
If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant/presenter is allowed at no extra cost, provided that written notice is given one month prior to the event. Any cancellation will not be entertained.
